Hey Guys !

How is the new year going by? mine has been pretty consuming yet . Attended a cousin's wedding and made some amazing content in IGTV. Click here if you haven't checked them out et.

Howe ever I thought of doing a throwback to the 18 best days of last year. My ear was filled with great day but, there were a few that were milestones.

In no particular order

LEGGO

1. Sabah Village

Explored a new place in Kuwait, very regal and cultural. A space filled with stalls and heritage. Spent the day here with friends and family.

2. TedX Event :

Worked as the content writer for a Ted event. Every step of making the event was constructive and a great experience. Made good friends and had a blast.

3. Blogger Events :

Attended many blogging event from food tasting to fashion shows. Got to where the ‘media’ badge got privileged entry and all that jazz :P

4. Panel :

Spoke at a few events as a panel member as well. The best part of these events is to learn how you are around new people and how you manage to socialise and make connections. I have benefited so much and put all those to use in my day to day life as well.

5. Goa :

Went on the dream ‘all girls trip’ to GOA it was so spontaneous and we had a blast! Drove around the city in our car, water sports, walking on the streets at sunset, beaches, great food, the most relaxed vibe and great hostels.

6. Chennai:

Went to IIT Chennai with my folks for a conference. Pitched our idea for a smart switch.

7. Shoots:

Shot for my bestie’s brand @faysh_hijabs .

8. Farewells :

Last day of college, college farewell and last day at Bangalore. Everyday was filled with joy and holds great memories.

9. BB’18:

From attending events I moved on to organizing/hosting events. I was so sceptical about it but I had the best people to support my idea and help me execute it .

10. Meet & Greet :

Before leaving Bangalore I wanted to hold a Meet and Greet to know and meet KYFAM. From virtually knowing them to meeting them IRL was so good. Felt so good to know the impact I made on people and got to learn a lot from them as well.

11. Bridal Shower :

Decided to get married this year :P Had a super etsy bridal shower thrown by my gal pals in Bangalore.

12. EID:

Spent both my Eids with family. Had the complete family over.

13. Mumbai:

Went to tour Lonavala, Alibaugh post shaadi. Stayed over at the BEST resorts and ate sooooooooooo much food :P

14. Youth Icon:

Went to cheer my baby sister for her finale and she won the title of YOUTH ICON TELENGANA. Super proud ! She went on a trip with other state icons to Singapore as a prize.

15. Dates:

Had uncountable lovely dates with the husband, every thankful for this one <3

16. Coming Home:

Coming home for good after my graduation.

August was a roller coaster got hitched,graduated and made a major lifestyle shift.

Hello Insta Lovers!

I always loved a well-planned feed, because I love the visuals of it and of course OCD. There is just something very catchy about nice feeds. Here are a few super easy and great looking insta feed ideas.

Remember, your Instagram theme is a reflection of who you are and what you love. Don’t feel like you have to stick to “rules”. There are no rules. You make your own rules. The secret to making a beautiful theme is to love what you share and stick to your style

Let’s do this !

1. Line in the middle theme

The Line in the Middle is usually made of quotes on a white background. However the Line in the Middle can be another color or any other theme you want. The line will guide your viewers as they scroll.

This is the easiest and very classic as well. You can avoid clutter on your gram.

2. Row Theme

This theme is great for fashion bloggers as they can tell stories or plan their feed according to their outfits.

Three in a row serves a great way to put your pictures as well as makes the feed look great!

3. Tiles Theme

The most famous way to achieve the tiles theme is to alternate our photos with quotes/art or more. Something to balance out the color variation.

4. Same filter Theme

This one is my personal favourite as you can post any picture of your liking and add the same effect to it to make it fit into your feed. This way your entire feed look uniform and aesthetic.

5. The 9 Rule

This is my feed theme, basically a combination of different feed ideas. As my filter likings keep changing and I personal don’t like just one color on my feed. I use the same effect on 9 photos and also alternate them between portrait and abstract pictures.

6. Border Theme

Great theme idea for photographer and lifestyle bloggers. Add a border with a thickness of your liking. This way regardless of the colors and variety of photos your feed will look fantastic!

Hello Folks

I came across this while browsing on the net and wanted to share with you people.

WHO you are is what makes you special. Don't change for anyone.

I’ve learned throughout the past few years that people are going to try to bring you down, and some are going to try to change you, but you have to remember that you each have something very unique about you, and despite the opinions of others, that’s what sets you apart and makes you special. You’re not going to please everyone, so do not change for anyone. Be yourself, and let the ones that have a problem with you deal with it.

WHAT lies ahead will always be a mystery. Do not be afraid to explore.

I hear people say all the time that they are scared to death of what the future has in store for them. They’re scared of being alone, not finding a job, not being successful, and much more. I don’t let it hold me back. Instead, I continue pressing on toward my goal for the next year. Never knowing how things will turn out until I give them a try.

WHEN life pushes you over, you push back harder.

We are all human beings, nobody’s perfect, and we are going to fail at some point in our lives. However, it’s how we react to the failure that shows our true character. When things don’t go our way, and life pushes us over, we must push back harder, knowing that everything happens for a reason and the best is yet to come. Don’t give up, and have faith in knowing that God gives his toughest battles to his strongest soldiers.

WHERE there are choices to make, make the ones you won’t regret.

There are four human elements that make a good choice good. These elements include your emotions, yourself, a vision, and your surroundings. The choices you make must fit in with your positive emotions and avoid negative ones. Your choices must also match who you are as a person. By having a vision when making the right choices, you must make sure that your choices are in accordance with your long-term goals. Lastly, you must pay attention to your surroundings and make sure your choices are compatible with the situation you find yourself in. If you put these four elements into consideration when making choices, you’ll be more likely to make the right ones.

WHY things happen will never be certain. Take it in stride and move forward.

Nobody will ever understand why bad things happen. I am a firm believer of the saying, “Everything happens for a reason.” Even though we sometimes don’t understand what the reasoning could possibly be, we have to have faith in knowing that it did happen for a reason and everything will work out the way it’s supposed to be. Even though it’s hard to understand why bad things happen, such as heartbreak, death, illnesses, and much more, we most move forward in life and not dwell on the things we can’t change. If you experience heartbreak, have faith in knowing there’s somebody else out there that’s better for you. If you lose a loved one, find comfort in knowing that you will see them again one day.

I hope you all enjoy reading about how I think we can apply the five W’s to our lives. Think about how they apply to yours, and how you can enjoy life even more while putting these five W’s of life into perspective.
